"Taking Down Tobacco"

  • Taking Down Tobacco is a FREE program for middle/high school teens who want to be advocates to change schools, communities, and states and be the 1st generation to be tobacco-free.
  • The program includes 3 components:
  • "Taking Down Tobacco 101"- basics about tobacco, dangers of cigarette smoking, tobacco products and how they are marketed, ways to win the fight against tobacco
  • Become a trainer and train youth advocates, teach Taking Down Tobacco in the community
  • Advanced Youth Trainings (Core 4)- develop effective messages for advocacy campaigns, work with the media, communicate with leaders in the community and elected officials
          and create impactful events

  • My Life My Quit gives teens the facts/truth about vaping, smoking and other tobacco products.
  • Teens who decide that they want to quit will learn skills and receive the support that they need to be successful.
